Our Library feature allows you to create your own searchable database of USPAP terms and definitions, legal disclosures, sources and glossary terms. You can build your library incrementally from project to project or, if you prefer, by clicking on the Library link in the top navigation bar.
Let’s say that you want to build your Sources database report by report.
- Navigate to the Library link in the brown banner at the top of the page.
- Click on the Reference Material tab
- Then click Sources then +Source.
You can choose an existing source or create a new one. When you create a new source it will automatically be added to your database for subsequent reports. It’s the same process for content under Definitions and Legal Disclosures (Cover Letter, Limiting Conditions, Certification and Privacy Policy). Artist biographies are added from the drop-down menu on the Collection page. To create a client record when you begin your appraisal, click on +Choose Client in the Overview section. The client record will automatically be added to your searchable Client library.
