Collection Formats

Collection formats may vary depending on the intended use for the appraisal.

Appraisals for tax calculation, loss claims or insurance of high value collections require in-depth valuation analysis, large images of properties, and illustrated comparable properties. Appraisals of large collections for sales advisory or estate planning purposes may need less detail so a compact style can work better.

• Go to Appraisal Settings
• Under Collection Style, select one of the three styles from the dropdown menu:
• Choose between different collection formats to match your preferred reporting or client requirements:

1.  Compact Style  Thumbnail image and essential property details only. No market analysis. Ideal for large collections or restricted reports.

2. Detailed  One property per page includes image sizing, market analysis, add sections, artist biographies, comparable properties and more.

3. Continuous All properties, sections, artist biographies listed in sequence without page breaks, includes image sizing, market analysis, and comparable properties.
