Caption Formats

There are two caption formats to choose from depending on your style preference for displaying sales information of comparable properties. In your appraisal, navigate to the Collection tab and then click on Collection Settings and choose from the drop-down menu under Comparable Caption Format:

• Captions to the Right: Places comparable property images in rows with the text block beside each image. Ideal for those wanting comparable properties and their sales information in a list format.

  

• Captions Below (original format): in this format the text block is placed beneath each image. Ideal for adding a caption to identify the image (like the title of a painting) of a comparable property. In this case, the comparable property's sales information is added in the market analysis section. The caption for the subject property is always placed beneath the image.
